Missing system driver

Does anyone know of a reliable source to download mrxsmb10.sys system driver. For some reason it is not in my system32 directory. Thanks in advance.

    If that does not work, I recommend you try performing a repair upgrade:

    That's why I didn't want to just install from any random website. That is just asking for trouble. I will give that a shot. Thank you.

    Hi jwalke61, because the mrxsmb10.sys file is a Windows Operating System file it is not recommend you download this file from any website . . .

    Open a Command Prompt window as Administrator

    (click your Start Button, type cmd, then right Click Command Prompt and choose 'Run as Admintrator')

    Run this command and hit Enter:

    sfc /scannow

    Wait for the command to complete, close Command Prompt and restart your PC
