what is the error code 0x80070bc2

KB4056892 (OS Build 16299.192) update fails to install in windows 10.  I get the error code 0x80070bc2.

    Thank you for your response.  When I followed your advise, the update did show as installed. 

    I have been unsuccessfully trying to install Quickbooks Pro 2018 and thought it might be the uninstalled update.  The error message I get every time is 1935, software requires the Microsoft .NET Framework to be installed.  I checked all the system installs, and 3.5 and 4.7.1 show as installed.

    That might be an error, check to make sure.

    Press Windows key + R

    Type: appwiz.cpl

    Hit Enter

    Click View installed updates

    See if it is listed there or not.

    If its not, try installing it manually:
