    TYPE "UAC" in the Windows Search. 

    Open the Change User account control setting.

    Then change the notification setting to the 3rd level.

    Windows 10 does not delete programs unless you choose to. 

    Are the programs downloaded from the Microsoft Store or apps you installed yourself from the web, existing setup files or discs?

    Which Antivirus and other security software do you have installed?
