I have Sony vaio vpceh28fn model. Recentle I downloaded keyboard splitter. Since the installation of this software, my mouse pad is not working, even after uninstalling the software. I have tried reinstalling the drivers but they show a yellow exclamation mark in device management. What should I do to properly install tge drivers and fix this?

And yes, I have tried pressing fn + f1.

Thanks.

To isolate your concern, we suggest that you perform a system restore. This option takes your PC back to an earlier point in time, called a system restore point. Restoring won’t affect your personal files, but it will remove apps, drivers, and updates installed after the restore point was made. To do this, follow the steps below:

    1. In the Search box, type Control Panel and press Enter.
    2. On the upper-right window, under View by, click Category and select Large icons.
    3. Search Control Panel for Recovery.
    4. Select Recovery > Open System Restore > Next.
    5. Choose the restore point related to the problematic app, driver, or update, and then select Next > Finish.

Let us know if the solution above works for you.
