Windows 10 DriverToaster error

I am getting the following error (after bootup without manually starting any programs).   It will also occur often even after closing the error.

==============================================================

C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\DriverToaster_1.5.0.0_x86__rqs2nt378nwsp\DriverToaster.exe

The data area passed to a system call is too small

==============================================================

Any ideas?     How is this repaired?

Thanks.

    I started receiving this error within the past week or so.   No major changes other than normal Windows updates.  When I cancel the error message, it will come back eventually.  Nothing sticks out as a 'trigger' for the event.

    Hi,

    There is a possibility that some of your system files has been corrupted. We suggest that you try using the Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) tool and run the System File Checker (SFC) scan.

    DISM will repair some damaged or corrupted system files, while, SFC utility allows administrators to perform a scan of all protected resources to verify that they are the correct version. If SFC should find any incorrect versions in any of these protected resources, SFC will replace them with the correct versions.

    We look forward to your response.

    Hi,

    This issue might be caused by corrupted system files. For us to know more, please answer the following:

    • Have you made any recent changes prior to the issue?
    • For us to have a better image of your issue, can you provide us a screenshot of the error that you are getting?

    Meanwhile, we suggest performing a clean boot to help you with your concern. Clean boot will start Windows by using a minimal set of startup programs and drivers. This will help us eliminate software conflicts that happen when you install, update, or run a program.

    Get back to us and give us an update.
