Thanks for "blurring" the information.
I have arrived at the following screen and did enter the https; however, I still don't understand how this works. The Priority field is the one that I want to be color coded.

Hello,
I am looking for the easiest way to apply conditional formatting (color) to a field. I have a Priority Field with high, Medium and Low. On the list I would like High to have a red background and bold white font, Medium would have a yellow background with black font and Low would have a green background with black font.
I am using a server based version of SharePoint 2013.
Thanks

Hi @Randal Flinn ,
Here are steps:
1.Download following file, then upload the file to Site Assets library.
2.Go to list page, click settings>Edit page, next click Add a Web Part.
3.Choose Media and Content>Content Editor, after that, click arrow down>Edit Web Part. We need to type the file link in the box.(http://SiteURL/SiteAssets/change.txt)

Thanks for all your help...I finally got it!
Will that process also work on the other "pages"? I am interested in creating a Workflow that emails individuals and in the email I would like red, yellow and green based on the priority.
Thanks
Very good. Thanks for all your help!
