INET_E_DOWNLOAD_FAILURE

Hello

I have been having this problem on my pc when i try accessing certain site INET_E_DOWNLOAD_FAILURE

now i wrote it on Microsoft and found a link that had nothing to do with this problem.

I would be very happy if you could help me try and solve this problem.
