It's possible that your proxy settings might be stopping your Windows Store from connecting to the Internet. To disable your internet proxy settings, follow these steps:
- Type internet options in the search bar.
- Select Internet Options to open Internet Properties window.
- Under the Connections tab, click on LAN Settings.
- Uncheck Use Proxy server option and click on OK.
I also suggest that you run the Windows app troubleshooter to scan your computer, identify the problems, and attempt to fix the issues automatically.
