Press Control + Alt + Delete to log out.

Hold down the shift key on your keyboard while clicking the Power button on the screen.

Continue to hold down the shift key while clicking Restart.

Continue to hold down the shift key until the Advanced Recovery Options menu appears.

    Click Troubleshoot

    Click Advanced options

    Click Startup Settings

    Click Restart

Press (4) to Enable Safe Mode

Wait while Windows 10 starts in safe mode.

    Press Windows key + X

    Click Device Manager

Hi, Thank you for the reply. But seems to be problem still is there. What happens is that, When I close the lid of the laptop it goes to sleep. When I open the lid again and hit enter to wake the laptop up, my login window doesnt come. All I can see is sudden flashes and black dimmed screen. more I press the enter button more that flashes appears. I had to remove the battery of the laptop and restart to get to the boot options. In my laptop, no any other commands except F11 works. I don't know how to get to the safe mode even. Laptop was fine until I updated this last week. I am so frustrated with windows 10 right now as one of my laptops in the lab also having the same problem.

I updated my graphic driver (Intel HD Graphic 520) and Bios using dell website. But the problem persists. I don't think it is a hardware problem as laptop works fine when its completely booted up. I repaired startup uninstalled those updates, but problem is never leave this system now.

    Your help is highly appreciated!!
