    Hello,

I am Sumit, an Independent advisor and a Microsoft MVP here to help. Regarding your issue,

The error code says a file already exists:

    0x000000B7

    ERROR_ALREADY_EXISTS

Cannot create a file when that file already exists.

    try using Media creation tool.

Microsoft provides many options to get the latest feature upgrade manually. You can use any of:

    Upgrade assistant

    Media Creation Tool

    ISO File

to get Fall Creators update right now.

You can use the following guide having detailed Instructions on how to upgrade to the latest Feature upgrade i.e. Fall Creators update using all the three methods:

How to upgrade to Windows 10 Fall Creators update right now

    http://www.yourwindowsguide.com/2017/10/upgrade...

Media Creation tool has an Edge over the Upgrade assistant in my opinion as it offers a greater degree of flexibility of downloading and using the ISO file so that one can deploy it on multiple computers.

Please let us know if you need any assistance.

    Hi,

This issue might occur if any third-party backup software or an antivirus program interferes with the computer.

I suggest you to follow the below methods and check if it helps.

Method 1: I suggest you to place your computer in Clean Boot state as below and check whether the issue persists or not.

Clean Boot state helps in identifying if any third party applications or startup items are causing the issue.

Follow the article How to perform a clean boot in Windows in the below link and check if it helps:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929135

NOTE: Once you perform clean boot do refer to the section “How to reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting” to boot the computer in normal mode.

Method 2: Use System File Checker to repair damaged Windows files.

Use the System File Checker tool to repair damaged Windows files. To do this, follow these steps:

Press Windows logo key + X, select Command Prompt (Admin).

Run the "sfc /scannow" command by copy/pasting it into the Command prompt (Admin) and hit Enter key.

Once it complete, try to install updates again to see if they work correctly.

For more information about the System File Checker tool, see Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files. (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833)

Let me know if that helps.

    Kind Regards,

    Engr. Jamshed Muhammad
