Bootmgr missing after check disk stopped

I have dual boot windows 10 SSD/ HDD

After updating the HDD it restarted right into check disk ran for hours so i restarted,

HDD wouldnt load (forgot error), HDD access was denied in my SSD so i swapped the drive letter now i can view all HDD contents in my SSD but when i boot into HDD it now says Bootmgr is missing, looking into other fixes i found out there is two partitions and the windows  folder is empty?!?

Im wondering if the checkdisk utility made two new partitions and moved the windows contents.

To conclude: I can boot into SSD fine and view HDD files but cannot boot into HDD as the BOOTmgr error shows.

Disk 0 is the one not booting, im worried the system files are in the two other partitions?

These do not work these are the first things i tried , these does not appear to be a corrupt boot problem, this problems seem to be with the partitions.

Thanks ill give that a try, when trying through CMD it will say access is denied and can not find another windows instillation, i think from the windows folder being empty?

I unhide the two new recovery partitions and found some folders inside i believe this to be created by either windows 10 update or by checkdisk

I think the windows contents are in these "recovery directories"

F: is the dirve H and I are the new partitions in the drive

Then next thing I would try then is booting into the working installation, download EasyBCD from Neosmart Technologies and use it to add a boot entry for the installation on the hard disk.

You would have to try performing the following boot rec commands to see if you can get that installation on the hard disk booting again. Learn how:
