Microsoft Authenticator not working after phone reset

I can't login to my power apps paid account, a recent phone update wiped my phone and i had to restore from backup. Now i can't get past the authenticator app, it tells me to contact my admin (that is me, i'm the only user) and i am not offered any other way to login besides authenticator app that doesn't work.
Can you help please? I am paying for this environment but can't use it or cancel it
