id windows not valid

hi... ive reinstalled my windows...

i ve asked before.. and it says i don t need new id to active my wi dows.. but when i finish instalation and i enter my id ... its not valid... whats going on ? and how to fix this ?

    To better diagnose the issue,

    Right click Start>Command Prompt-Admin and type in the following command:

    slmgr.vbs /dlv

    If you have Powershell instead of Command Prompt Run these in order:

    cmd.exe

    slmgr.vbs /dlv

    You will get a window, take a screenshot using snipping tool and paste it it next reply.

    it s windows 10 home... yes it is preinstalled windows... it just says that my id isnot valid... what i have to do now ??

    Okay so you did a clean install.

    Which Windows 10 edition was installed earlier?

    Which is the current Windows 10 edition?

    Did Windows 10 came preinstalled?
