Cannot Deploy RD Gateway Server || ERROR: 2147749890.

While trying to deploy RDS on Windows Server 2016 I receive this error: "Failed: Unable to configure the RD Gateway server: (Server Name). The error is 2147749890." I enabled auditing in RD Gateway Settings and theirs nothing in the log that provides any additional information. I've searched everywhere to no avail. Every other role has been deployed successfully, I've tried re-installing RDS and a full system reset is NOT an option as our backup DC is offline. Any help would be appreciated.
