Can anyone advise where I can find call logs of all users made using sfb?

Do you mean call records, like time of call and number of minutes?

If you want to find call logs in Skype for Business, you can use the monitoring server to collect that information and sql reporting services. You can refer to this link to deploy it:

Then you can find the monitoring report about call list:
