I'm trying to move pictures from my computer to an external hard drive but when I try to move it, I receive a message that says could not find item. This is no longer located in...and it lists where the file is located. Verify the item's location and try again. I know the picture is there because I can open it and look at it.

If you are unable to move a file from your computer to another location, there might be an application that is blocking or interfering with the process of the transfer. Can you tell us if there are any third-party antivirus programs installed on your computer? Also, may we know what the exact error message is? This is for us to know and may determine what is causing the problem.
