BCD file error after recent updates

Hello,

I started to experience the error code: 0xc0000098 Missing file: /bcd

After I had updated my windows 10 yesterday. Reverting back to a restore point helps, but the update gets installed once again and the error appears again.

Best regards, Alex.

    Hello,

Please confirm if you wanted to change the boot sequence through your PC's firmware (BIOS) menus . If yes, we recommend checking the answer from Andre Da Costa in this thread.

Let us know if you have other concerns.

    Regards.

I figured out that it tries to boot from a wrong drive. How can I remove a boot info from an obsolete drive?
