Hi,
I already tried re-installing Windows 10 multiple times already before, but "Getting Ready" was the farthest I've gotten.

I was installing a fresh copy of Windows 10 onto my PC, but when it reached the "Getting Ready" screen with the Windows logo and the loading circle, after a few hours, it just turned off. By the way, the font the "Getting Ready" was in was pixelated. Now whenever I turn it on, it would turn off after a while.
PS
I used a clean install of Windows, so I cannot get in to a Windows OS.

Hi,
We would like to get the make and model of your computer for us to verify its compatibility with Windows 10. Also, please take a screenshot of your computer's system information. Just go to Settings > System > About.
In the meantime, please download again the Windows ISO file. Make sure that there's no other downloads running on the background and that your computer's antivirus software is turned off when you redownload it to avoid software conflicts when you reinstall.
Looking forward to hear from you.
Regards.
What is the make and model of your computer?

Hello,
I believe, the installation went wrong somewhere. Can you retry and start from scratch for the clean install and see if it helps.
Regards.
