I've restarted my laptop several times but no change! Can anyone help? Thanks!

Hi,

Thanks for your reply,

My problem was solved, but there's still one more thing that makes me confused about my new laptop. As i mentioned my laptop has gotten an Intel 8th generation core family CPU, but as you can see in the picture, my "IDE ATA/ATAPI " controller driver is an Intel 6th generation one. As well, i can see theme under "System devices" too (Mobile 6th/7th Generation Intel(R) Processor Family.)

I just wanted to make sure that everything's working fine!

    Hi Shahab,

After installing a driver for your device, your computer usually requires your operating system to be restored on a basic state by performing a clean boot. You can visit this link: How to perform a clean boot in Windows for instructions. In some cases, this operation must be done after the update to apply the changes.

In addition, you need at least 30% of free space on your hard drive for optimum results.

Let us know if the solution above works for you.
