i want to hide map network drive from my computer but let the shortcut of my program whitch run from that map working

You would have to Disconnect the drive letter to un-map the drive. Depending on the program you are using you may be able to insert the full path to the network share. Use the format \locationname\sharename\folder.
You may also have the option to browse to the location from within the program by selecting Network in the dialog box.
