    Hi Bander,

    The BitLocker could have been enabled to protect your drive. We'd like to know more information so we could provide the appropriate steps on how to disable BitLocker. Kindly answer the following:

    • Have you made any changes to your computer prior to this issue?
    • Is BitLocker popping up upon booting your Surface?
