Constantly reinstalling audio driver

Hey, so after the windows 10 update about week/week and a half ago, I've had to constantly reinstall my audio driver because it'll stop working. There will be no sound whatsoever. I've had this problem before with previous updates, and usually just one reinstallation would fix it. Now that doesn't work any more. Enhancements are already off, and I've reinstalled it probably at least 4 times. Any tips? Thanks.

So I tried the system file scan and it said that it couldn't detect any problems.

    Hi Jade,

This issue of constantly reinstalling the audio driver might be due to software conflicts that have occurred when you updated Windows. We recommend performing a System File Check Scan and DISM to troubleshoot your concern. The steps are found on this link.
