Hi - I am getting this message when I try to perform a function on my recruitment software which is then making it not work correctly. Any ideas as to how to solve this sort of error when you are not that tech savvy? thanks

    Thank you

Yes using on Windows 10 on both computers - Windows Pro 10 Version 1709

I haven't executed this roll over function whilst on the new computer.  The rest of the recruitment software is working fine so I'm not sure what that means....

Could you try executing the software in compatibility mode or reinstall it in compatibility mode?

Assuming both were Windows 10, what is your current Windows version

    Windows Key+R > Type Winver > Enter

Also let me know whether it was working on this new computer and after an update, the issue has started coming.

    thanks for your reply.

I have been using this software for 7 years and never had a problem until I transferred it to my new computer so why would it now not work?  Any other ideas?

This problem can be solved only by the developer / development company who developed this software as this is internal to this application. From Windows side, this can not be controlled.

Please get in touch with them and ask them to investigate.
