    Logs say that they were created:

    \?\C:\Windows\Minidump\020918-8531-01.dmp

    Did you use any Cleaner like CCleaner or Disk Cleanup to clean system files?

    Please make sure the settings are like this:

    I would love to send you some minidumps, the only Problem is, my minidump folder is completely empty.

    And I also can´t find any MEMORY.DMP files in C:\WINDOWS.

    Is there anything I can do?

    We need log files(called dump files) that tell us what lead to crash.

    Hi Mr Csriemer,

    Blue Screens are in general caused by a bad driver

    Open Windows File Explorer

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

    Zip up the contents of that folder

    Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.)

    Then post a link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you . . .
