Sendgrid e-mails get blocked

Hello, When I send an e-mail with Sendgrid to an MS e-mail the e-mail never gets delivered. It does work with G-mail and others.

You have to provide more details here. What kind of "MS e-mail" are you sending to, is it Office 365 one, outlook.com one? Are you trying to impersonate a specific sender and have you configured your SendGrid instance accordingly, including adding the relevant DNS entries as necessary? Any NDR or message trace info?

Agree with what @Vasil Michev said above, to better help solve your issue please try to provide us with more information related to your issue.

According to your description, seems you are not using Outlook desktop client and the issue might be related to your email account itself. So, what "MS e-mail" account are you sending to here? Please try to contact the administrator of your mailbox and check if there is any block settings within your email account which might cause issues like that.

Account issue not Outlook desktop client issue. Removed the Outlook tag here.
