MSN.com not responding

Msn.com not responding.  When I open internet explorer I get the message that Windows encountered a problem and has to close down.  My husband has his own account on the same pc and has no issues.

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    Launch Internet Explorer browser

    Click on Tools > Internet Options

    Click the Advanced Tab

    Click Reset

    Check Delete all personal settings

    Click Reset

    Click Apply, Ok

    Reboot the computer and retry MSN.com
