Microsoft Teams keeps crashing and i cant access it on the PC Application

Hi, For the last 2 weeks my Microsoft Teams cannot log in or run whenever i want to access it . Our IT Dep have uninstalled and re installed it and have even changed my password but no luck. It works fine online and on the Android Phone App. On my PC App It does not work, I also cannot set up work Teams Meetings.     Have you tried to change another device to access Teams?

    In this case, we recommend you try to perform a clean boot in Windows to block the third party application that affect Microsoft Teams login normally. For more details about how to perform a clean boot, you can learn it from:

    In addition, please check if you have opened UDP port 3478-3481 in your firewall.
