Good try and thanks for playing but that's the wrong answer too. You do realize I'm a senior engineer with 20+ years of IT. Do you also realize what I am asking here. I'm asking how to remove all traces of the device from windows and the registry in hopes that it will load correctly.
Bad Device Driver Data
Hello All, I am having an issue with either was a bad usb device driver that was loaded or corrupt registry entry. I have been trying to fix this for a while now. I need somebody who really knows how to get fix this driver issue or get rid of this bad data or at least identify what is causing it. It could be a broadcom bluetooth usb transceiver not sure. Please if you think of suggesting power management, computer management, or uninstalling via device manager then you are not this person please do not respond. I have been in IT 20+ years this is an issue with either bad driver or corrupt entries that I am having problems getting rid of. The below info is out of a report from usbdev.

2018-03-15T00:44:18+00:00 So today I was putting in some more memory. Shut the box down put in the memory. Before powering the box back up I took my Bluetooth dongle out of the NZXT internal hub I have. I then powered the box back up. I went into system to make sure the memory read fine which it did and then I went into device manager. Ran the scan option from device manager and the bad data device is not showing up which would say that its the usb Bluetooth Dongle. The funny part is Microsoft/Windows Update put out a Bluetooth Dongle Driver update the other day.. I do remember seeing it install. The Bluetooth Dongle is a Targus USB Bluetooth Dongle. To be honest this is not the first time I have seen Microsoft put out a bad Bluetooth update. This would also explain why I cant pair my Xbox One Wireless Controller via Bluetooth.
Thanks again Microsoft. Can we get some help here with this and some resolution.

2018-03-24T16:15:47+00:00 Wow yeah Windows 10 must be incompatible with all 4.0 Bluetooth Devices because I have a new IO gear dongle and my Xbox One Wireless Scorpio Edition Controller won't connect to that either.
The Bad Data Message is gone. We figured out it was the Bluetooth Dongle but it still won't connect with my Xbox One Wireless Controller which is definitely Bluetooth as its a new controller as its a OneX Scorpio controller but Windows 10 and Bluetooth have never played nice on desktops.

2018-03-21T17:27:15+00:00 Based on your response, this seems that there is an incompatibility issues when you update your Bluetooth driver to 4.0. To correct this, we recommend that you follow the steps below:
- Uninstall all USB Controllers.
- Uninstall all USB Root Hub.
- Restart the PC.
- Install the latest Chipset driver coming from the manufacturer.
- Restart the PC.
- Reinstall and set-up all USB Devices that you have before.
If the issues continue even after doing these, can you provide the exact driver version of your Bluetooth dongle?
We’ll wait for your update.

2018-03-12T19:34:17+00:00 Hi,
There can be several reasons why you are encountering this type of issue. It may occur due to corrupted system files or outdated chipset driver. To get to the bottom of this and provide an efficient resolution, we’d like to gather additional information:
- What were the recent changes made on your device prior to the said issue?
- What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
While waiting for your response, we recommend that you run System File Checker (SFC) **** to automatically scan and fix system file corruptions that is causing this behavior to happen, then check if the issue persists. If there are no corrupted system files, then check if you have the most updated Chipset driver, you may refer to this article for the steps in checking driver updates. Outdated Chipset driver can cause a lot of difficulties with your device.
We’ll keep an eye out for your response.
