Why do I have updates downloaded more than once

    Hi Vicki,

    What updates would you be pertaining to? Certain Office patches are installed multiple times and are by design.

    This leads us to ask, are there any issues you believe are caused by updates being installed twice? Can you see the same KB versions in Installed Updates?

    Otherwise, what makes them seem like they're being installed twice?

    It shouldn't be however there are some exceptions like Flash Player Update.

    Can you supply us the name of the update which keeps installing again?
