Hi all,
Is there a way to get a "review" of all shared folder and who can access them?
In inside company there is DFS File Server infrastructure and periodically I need to check permissions access to shared folder of domain users.

For example I need to know:

  • user1@keyman .local can access to SharedFolder01, SharedFolder02
  • user2@keyman .local can access to SharedFolder03

Is there a way to get it automatically?

Thanks
Federico

    Hi,

There is not such a direct setting to review all the shared folder.
But if you want to periodically check permissions access to shared folder of domain users, we can considered the file system audit policy.
