MIssing 2 SIM Dial Tile

On my Microsoft Lumia 650 dual SIM, the Phone (Dial) Tile for the secondary SIM simply disappeared.

I'm running OS 10.0.15254.158.

Just did a hard reset on my device this Sunday and after some updates were installed the second dial tile disappeared from the Start screen.

On the App list there are two Messaging icons but a single Phone.

Please are there any tips on how to get the second Dial tile back on?

Thanks

Jorge

Hi how annoying! I spoke with HP yesterday, and was advised to do a reset and try and get update file 1803. I did the big reset with power and volume down until   ! and followed instructions. Unfortunately it picked up millennium file, and this didn't bring back my tile only 3 there main phone and the 2 message icons. I did it again this time, not connected to my computer, I think I have the original file 1709 now, and the 4 tiles are there. You could try this, but I suspect you may already  have. I am keeping everything crossed it doesn't up date itself. HP tell me it shouldn't!

    Hi

Did you get the tile back, by any chance? I have just replaced my old HP Elite x3 with a newer one and exactly the same has happened to me.

    Thanks

    Hello Nath,

Although been a Windows Insider since 2015, my experience with Feedback Hub responsiveness far from positive.

Rarely got any response and when I got it was in the line of "Please hard reset your device to see if it fixes it.".

Frankly not a good way to approach.

    Nevertheless, I've just submitted it.

    Thanks

    Jorge
