When trying to use Read Aloud in Microsoft Edge on a web page with frames it tells me my browser does not support frames. To either change browsers, or the settings in the browser. Can I change the settings in Microsoft Edge to support frames?

    Hi Katie,

We'd like to get a few details first in order for us to provide the most appropriate solution. Provide us the details by answering these questions:

    • Is this the exact message that you're getting: This page uses frames, but your browser doesn't support Them?
    • If yes, then have you tried accessing the website through Internet Explorer and check whether you're getting the same message or not?

Now, if you haven't tried using any other browser to check if you'll get the same message, open the Internet Explorer browser, then go to Settings by clicking the gear icon located on the upper-right corner of the browser, and click Compatibility View Settings, then add the website.

Let us know how this turns out.
