How to fix ERROR Code 80072EE2?

Why is Microsoft referring me to community for answers that they should have?  Don't they know how to fix their own stuff? All I want is to get it fixed not see a bunch of testimonies. I can hear testimonies at church.  Is this so hard for Microsoft to do? All I want is a solution to fix my little laptop in this lifetime because I am 74 years old and enjoy the simple things in life and to me this is a simple thing.
