I have this issue for a long time and freaking me out. So far pc repair shop cannot find the source of it. Please help!!!!

Problem huge Audio dropouts when using a DAW (Cubase)
LatencyMon application gives the following problem apps:
- ataport.sys Atapi driver extension
- ndis 6.20
System:
Windows 7 pro sp 1
AMD FX 6100 six core
16 GB RAM
External usb soundcard (Focusrite 2i2)
Power management modifications didn't help.
Anyone can help me with this awful problem?? I have this for a while now.

2017-12-31T15:52:27+00:00 Some fix I read was about changing the PCI IRQ settings to "manual" and choose a channel?? I have 15 channels but no devices or ports to address them to??
