Is there an example of how to bill (charge) the customer for a migration. An example that shows multiple customers and how many licenses of each they have used.

    The first party tools such as Server Assessment and Server Migration are free - Pricing - Azure Migrate | Microsoft Azure

    You may want to consider the other factors for billing customer such as time commitment, number of server involved etc.
