Thank you for the screenshot. This error may be due to a damaged system file or boot partition, corrupted files, or the physical drive itself that encountered an error while loading. Can you tell us how this error started and what were you doing with the computer when this happened? What solutions have you tried to so far?

    Hi James,

The error could be due to a damaged system file. To help us further, we'd like to ask a few information:

    • Can you send us a picture of the complete error you're getting? Attach it to your reply.
    • When did the problem start? Were there any changes, recent updates, and newly installed applications on your device that may have affected your computer?
    • To avoid repetition, can you provide us with all the troubleshooting steps that you've done so far?
