Form Recognizer Project: Label tags disappear and are not saved in labels.json file

Question

Form Recognizer Project:

• When labelling tags, they disappear after a few seconds and are not saved in labels.json file.
• 4 of the 36 files work fine.
• This is the message I get when clicking on a PDF preview on the left:

Label visualization disabled. There are no labels in the label file. This label file cannot be used for training. Consider adding labels for this document.

• Sorry, I can't share the sample data, but here is a small piece:

• All the fields are recognized correctly, so it's not a question of image quality.
• When I tag them, they show up correctly under the tag, but disappear after about 10 seconds.

Hi , I am also facing the same issue. What is the resolution of this . I tried everything. Can any one pls assist on that?
