I have a brand new HP Spectre x360 - 13-ae055tu  with

  • Intel® Core™ i7-8550U Processor (1.8 GHz base frequency, up to 4 GHz with Intel® Turbo Boost Technology, 8 MB cache, 4 cores),
  • 512 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD internal storage
  • 16 GB LPDDR3-2133 SDRAM on board memory

But the computer didn't come with Windows 10 so I downloaded the Windows 10 assistive technologies update however this has been "Getting your update ready" for the past 24 hours, does anyone know how to speed this up??? My internet speed is fast and the computer is practically empty.

The 'cancel update' button has also vanished.

Thank you!
