I get the message "The Specified URL cannot be found. Cookie_Count_Exceeded.

    Have you recently made any change/updates prior to this issue?

     - The usual window automatic updates done.

    What browser are you using?

     - Internet Explorer 11 - Version 11.1770.14393.0

    Have you tried using a different browser?

     - Yes it works with Chrome

    Is this happening on a specific website?

     - Yes - https://salaryportal.nbk.com/iportalweb/iportal/jsps/orbilogin.jsp, This site works with some other PC through IE of same version
