How do I create a Start Date column grouping by the the MIN date of an adjacent column?

Hello,

I have a very simple table called 'Windows' up in PBI right now. It contains two simple columns:

What I would like to do is create a column called 'Start Date' that takes the minimum date of each 'campaign_window' and populates it for the remaining rows adjacent to that window.

I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around the GroupBy here. Thanks so much.

Sam
