I have aHP Office jet pro 8600 . Shows setup incompletebecause of a metered connection. how do i resolve this issue.

Use this to download the driver http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/COL43009/ds-151205-6/HPEPrintAppSetupx64.exe
And on your printer find the setting and find WPS or Wifi Connection somekind like that Enable WPS Or connect to wifi.
