Hi, I am trying to create a simulation in attack simulation training, but I can't see Launch simulation on the Simulation tab. I am added to the Attack Simulator Admin group. Let me know what needs to be done.

It appears when assigning the user to Security Administrators, but then what is the point of "Attack Simulator Admin".
And the role description is otherwise pretty clear: "Can create and manage all aspects of attack simulation campaigns."

Your organization must have Microsoft 365 plan 2 and Microsoft Defender then you are eligible to use this option. In case you are not seeing this option, may be it is not part of your subscription.
In case you already subscribe but you won't see this option, then you will have to contact Microsoft 365 support.
