NetHandle: NET-72-21-80-0-1 is owned by MCI Communications Services, Inc. d/b/a Verizon Business (MCICS). I currently do no business with Verizon - although I have read this week that Verizon is hoping to acquire my ISP, Charter Communications.

They can see the amount of data moving. I am not saying they can see WHAT that data is.

But if you have a privacy concern there is always TOR.

"Every software application on your PC uses an executable file - your web browser, word processor, spreadsheet program, etc. - making it one of the most useful kinds of files in the Windows operating system. Without executable files like SystemSettings.exe, you wouldn't be able to use any programs on your PC."

Verizon does not respond and further it is not their responsibility. systemsettings.exe is communicating with 72.21.81.200. systemsettings.exe is virus free according to Webroot.

When I used admin command prompt nslookup  72.21.81.200, nslookup could no longer find the site. ![](https://learn-attachment.microsoft.com/api/attachments/acbd10bf-1663-4638-bfee-5ef27c798af5?platform=QnA
