Regarding software installation error on windows 10 fall creators update

Hiii

           While installing software i am facing issue of error like this "mciqtz32.dll failed to register HResult 2147024769 " please provide solution for this thank you

    Doesn't look like it will be able to be registered--at least by regsvr32, if that is what this is about.
