Hello,

I have to create a new Microsoft account for a new subscription from my organization.
However, my data (OneDrive, OneNote Notebooks, etc...) is still located in my old account and will soon be deleted by microsoft.

Is there any way that I can migrate my data from one account to the other?

I have no Idea how to use the obligatory "Tag" field, sorry.

    Hi @Jimmy ,

You can transfer files or folders from OneDrive to another. You can use the automated way from this website: https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/galleries/public/templates/02f86638b67b464f913f282c3dc5a459/copy-files-from-one-onedrive-account-or-folder-to-another/

Follow the instruction as soon as you log in to your OneDrive account.

This is how the template works:

    1. Watch the contents of a folder in OneDrive Account A
    2. If there are new files or folders placed in that specific folder in OneDrive Account A, then it creates a duplicate copy in another specific folder in OneDrive Account B.

    Thanks,
    Manu

    Hi @Jimmy ,

You can handle the OneNote and OneDrive data transfer by the following method:

    1. Open the notebook you want to move in OneNote 2016.
    2. Click File > Export > Notebook > OneNote Package and Export this notebook.
    3. Sign out your account A, and sign in OneNote 2016 with your account B, go File > Share.
It will alert you that this notebook have to be saved on OneDrive or SharePoint before sharing.
4.Click OneDrive and browse a location where you want to save this notebook. After the syncing process is finished, then you have already moved this notebook.

In this way, the changes you have made on this notebook won't sync to account A's notebook. If you want the changes to be synced ,
you can just share this notebook to account B.

    Thanks,
    Manu
