Hyper-V não instalado

Question

Eu tentei habilitar o Hyper-V no meu windows 10 pro com um processador i7-7500u e não conseguia ativar pelo powershell mesmo seguindo as instrurções do suporte da microsoft, olhando os recursos do windows eu percebi que ele sequer esta listado.( as duas imagens mostram a tentativa de habilitar/ativar o hyper-v pelo powershell e depois a minha listagem de recursos do windows na qual não lista o hyper-V.

Eu não consegui encontrar como instalar ou implementar esse recurso e eu estou precisando dele para usar emuladores de android e mv's.

A pergunta, há alguma forma de instalar esse recurso?

Firstly, please ensure the Windows 10 Pro system is downloaded from the official website and licensed. Besides, please check if Windows 10 meet the requirements to install Hyper V:
