I've been getting this stop code for awhile. I looked it up and it says that most of the time is related to corrupt or non compatible or outdated graphics card drivers. I've tried to reinstall my video drivers. Tried the most recent version and the stable version of the video card's driver. I've even reset windows. No matter what I am still receiving the stop code. I don't know what to do anymore and I need help. Thank you for your time and help in advance I really appreciate it.

Here is my minidump folder:

We'd like to confirm if you already tried performing the steps provided on the link above. If so and the issue persists, we suggest downloading and installing the driver associated with the hardware ID by right-clicking the hardware ID, then select Copy. Afterwards, go to your device manufacturer's website, then search the hardware ID you copied.

Get back to us with the result.

    • Which build and version of Windows your computer is running?
    • Have you made any changes prior to the issue?
    • What is your graphics card driver hardware ID. To get it, here's how:

    Version 1709 (OS Build 16299.192)

I don't recall any changes I've made prior to the issue

Here is my graphics card driver hardware ID:

    Hi Ricky,

The System Thread Exception Not Handled blue screen that you're getting is related to a corrupted or outdated graphics card driver. Atikmdag.sys is associated with ATI Radeon. • Have you made any changes prior to the issue?
    • What is your graphics card driver hardware ID? To get it, here's how:
    1. Go to Device Manager.
    2. Double-click Display adapters to expand it.
    3. Right-click on your graphics card, then select Properties.
    4. Go to the Details tab.
    5. On the Property section, click on the drop-down menu and select Hardware Ids. Refer to the screenshot below:
