Windows Defender Antivirus, Error Code 0x80029c4a, Error loading type library/DLL

After opening my Windows Defender Antivirus I went to History tab, selected Quarantined items and then selected View Details at the bottom.

But a dialog box opens and shows the following message:

Windows Defender Antivirus

 Error loading type library/DLL

Error Code 0x80029c4a

How to solve this issue.?

    please fix this error or I will get rid of windows defender and use Norton's and megabyetes
