I have HP laptop. There was something wrong so wifi stopped working. I contacted HP to get recovery media as my recovery media partition was not showing up. I received 4 DVD's with which I tried to install Windows 8.1 back in my system. After 2 to 3 hours of process it stopped. And ended up showing error messgae.

I opened log and downloaded it.also capture the screenshot to see internal message error from log. It says Sysprep_succeeded.tag does not exist

Please tell me what to do?

Regards.

Hardik

    Hello hardikpatel1,

Sysprep_succeeded.tag does not exist normally occurs when the recovery media used is corrupted or not created correctly which will require the recovery media to be replaced. In this case, I'd recommend contacting your computer's manufacturer.

Let us know if you have other concerns.

    Regards.
