I'm getting multiple errors in my event log, event 10016, DistributedCOM with the following description:
The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
{9E175B6D-F52A-11D8-B9A5-505054503030}
and APPID
{9E175B9C-F52A-11D8-B9A5-505054503030}
to the user MikeH-desktop\MikeH SID (S-1-5-21-3909013586-3582214544-2302620727-1000) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.
I'm attempting to troubleshoot these errors following the instructions that's been provided to others with this same error. However, when I look into my registry for the CLSID key, {9E175B6D-F52A-11D8-B9A5-505054503030}, I find that I have 19 different entries. Now I'm at a loss for what to do to resolve these errors.
